Baez plans on responding today, late to the prosecution motion seeking to find out where Baez is getting his $$$$ from that is paying all these high price defense experts. The prosecution wants to know if any deals exist, and they want Casey to sign a waiver saying she aware of all of them. I honestly think it is reasonable! And I think if Baez refuses to do so, then I figure he is up to something, and hiding it. Why else would he fail to provide anything?

Casey claims prosecutors are “angry because she has refused to take a plea agreement for a crime she DID NOT commit”. Also Casey claims: that she has no agreements to sell her story or “that of my daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.”  Yea, that is why all the evidence points to Casey, and the $200,000 was because what was sold?  And what is her deal with the plea deal, has she been offered one or more and not taken any of them……we know she ignored the one that was out there way back when.  She would be better off with a plea deal!

What’s for sale with the Caylee and Casey names attached?

There are t-shirts with different slogans on them and sell for $15+. On has a picture of the Casey on it with the slogan on it “waste huge waste” one of Caseys statements in hr first jailhouse phone call. One even has “Zanny the imagi-nanny” on it.

The voodoo doll was also for sale. I do know that one went for over $10,000. Yea, what a waste of money!

The Caylee sunshine doll which cause the world to go into an uproar, and what a sad idea the Jacksonville company came up with. They have since changed the dolls names. They also have shirts for sale at $12.99, bracelets for $3.75 and Caylee sunshine T-shirts for the dolls for $6.00.

You can also buy a magnet for $4 that has a screen –shot of Casey’s myspace page with a poem.

And a Casey Anthony=Death Penalty bumper sticker for $4.20.

It is really sick and disturbing that people are making money off of the nut case Casey, and poor little Caylee. I won’t spend a dime and give anything to the money hungry nuts above.

  10. Jez, Bozo is trying to say that they took video tape of them that was unauthorized – well, he should very well know that almost everywhere in jail is equipped with video, am I wrong? It’s not unauthorized video taping if they do it to everyone. He keeps wasting time.

  33. If the jail has no expectation of privacy, how can Bozo complain about the tape? He knows that phone calls and visits are taped or does he feel entitled too?

  44. Chap You mentioned Bozo’s marriage. Usually, in cases like this when there are questions of impropriety, the first thing you’ll see is the husband and wife in public holding hands as a publicity stunt to dispell the rumors. The fact that she’s probably too embarrassed to show her face says a lot.

    I know that corn-bread mama got really mad when I told her that I only wanted you to come visit me in jail. I only wanted my lawyer (lova) to just tell you because I know how mom gets, bangin’ her head against the screen here at the jail, I almost got in trouble for that because the guards said that they had to clean up some sort of what appeared to be cron-bread muffin crumbs off of the area where you were talking to me that day when I got all mad, because it was the only time that I’ve been truely frustrated throughout this whole mess! I don’t see why mom is crying right off the bat! Give me a break! It’s not my fault that eveywhere she goes, she leaves crumbs, tell her not to do that anymore, its embarassing.
    Thanks for the advice that you gave me about not putting friends trash in my car, I know it totally smelled really bad, like mama’s fridge at the house! Pew, sometimes my brother smells the same way, but I don’t say anything to hurt his feelings, he might take his socks off and strangle me wit them, you know they are soo long, YUCK! I told him not to wear them that way but he continues to insist that it’s the style, whateeevvver!!!
    I wonder if they found any crumbs from mama’s head all over the house when they were searching through my stuff, geez, it’s embarassing, I tell you.
    I also want to thank you for the advice you gave me on running my own business, I have a lot of employees now and it’s all because of me! Don’t you think I’m cool now? I have a job, finally! Can you put money in my jail account though? I need more porkrinds.

    This has been proofread by my wife cindy. It contains the clarity that is required to show our uttermost high-money life that we never had before but do now. High society, here we are. It’s all due to blood money and I just can’t take it anymore, I had to write this a few months before I decide to take out my plan on a pseudo suicide, I mean, real suicide. it’s all because well, I have to write this 16 part letter because I’m sorry for all that I Have done.All I tried to do one day is clean the fridge because there was a plastered squirrel towards the bottom of the fridge, next to the 8-month old lettuce that looked like a squished bowling ball. Well, I thought that what I smelled was leading me back to my crooked cop days, I mean, my loyal cop days but I was wrong. I realized this when I went on the Geraldo show and I just couldn’t tell the truth because cindy was squeezing the life out of my hands and she didn’t want me to speak an ounce of the truth and it has been eating away at me for quite some time. I couldn’t help it but, I did see when cindy and Mr. Grund were having a little caressing party while I stood there, dumbfounded at the revelation that I could actually lose my wife to another man! Then Dominic Casey came along and helped me cope with that by trying to move in on her as well! They want to move to Ohio together and take over the dealership. She promises that she will throw my father through the window again, just to show her authority (like how the South Park Cartman character sounds). I need to have another beer, I’ll continue my charade later.

  173. Yeah, I won’t spoil NG for you, but they were debating on whether an attorney would knowingly turn in a perjured statement from their client, as they debated on what plea deal Casy was referring to.

  177. There was a limited immunity deal back before Caylee’s remains were found. Casey was either referring to that deal or lying.

    There may be a case for attorney-client privilege regarding this video.. Someone might be able to read lips. Well, if they are going to release it, they may have to censor the mouths..

  192. gig – they probably already have what it takes to push this thing over the edge. They haven’t released the smoking gun and won’t likely for some time. They are likely consulting with prosecution experts, which itself is costly and if there was a recent deal on the table, it was probably to save the FL taxpayers $..

  202. Yeah, if she hand washed them, she would have likely missed something. Casey continues to taunt the prosecutors and police. Those folks typically don’t appreciate that.

  207. As far as the affidavit is concerned, she stated she wouldn’t accept a plea deal for a crime she did not commit. Well, what crime? Jaywalking? That statement doesn’t mean much. Since she is facing life behind bars, perjuring herself in writing won’t matter to her. She’s already lied multiple times to LE.

  209. I am always the last to post….busy day surveying locked pysch facility….not much news today….Casey writing her arrogant note…..she is really one entitled biotch! Too lucid to be insane-chant gp,gp,gp-odd though that where I live the predators and child abusers are being transferred to state of the art newly built facilities (individual bedrooms with plasma tvs) because they are not safe. I guess that stimulates our economy…. Word on the street is these predators are more demanding than the average criminal because they feel they are a privelged class. Caseys next home??? Geez!

  219. The more I think about her ‘written statement’ on that document, it’s a little clearer. Not sure if some remember what I was talking about a few days ago, how Baez cannot knowingly perjure himslef in court – kind of the same thing here. That is a sworn court document – Baez couldn’t put that crap on there himself if he knows it is not true, but Casey can. Casey can lie all she wants, she has no practice/law career to lose.

    There is a reason that ‘addendum’ was put on there in her handwriting. That document could have been amended/edited easily by a clerk in the office to have it typed in there but even Baez isn’t going to take chances with wacky Casey.

    I hope Caylee haunts them all – comes back and rattles the big clanky chains in their sleep all night long – the whole lot of them.

    If Baez is doing this for nothing, he has to get money from other cases he’s doing. Because I’m sure he has bills like everyone else. Alot of the high profile lawyer do big cases for nothing

Oh sure, the exposure alone could mean big $$$ down the road – just for the notoriety, becoming a recognizable (not necessarily respected) name in the law arena, books will follow, speaking engagements…he’s seen how this works, we all have. He wants to be another Mark Geragos or Mickey Sherman.

    Even Mark Geragos didn’t pillage baby Conner’s nursery to sell off items to pay for his clients defense though.

    I think there’s something fishy of their wording throughout the document too, like putting the word “story” in quotation marks, etc. The devil is in the details when it comes to those kind of things.

    Its soooooooooo wrong to allow this to continue. Casey should have a court appointed lawyer, like all other unemployed criminals have.

    I hope she holds out till its too late to tell her “STORY”, and you can bet thats what it would be, just another story that she makes up and tries to sell. Nobody buys her crap except her parents & Lee.

  245. I would think all Baez has to do is to have a secretary or anybody he pays broker the deals for him and he would be covered legally. His protests that somehow he is making money from absolutely no place is plain baloney. What a cast of characters involved in this case. This is why it is a circus.

    I read somewhere that the reason more coverage is given to this case than to Haleigh Cummings is a matter of class. Some St. Petersburg professor wrote that. Baloney. The reason all this is a scandal is because the entire family and those associated with them are all beyond the pale.

  247. Don’t you think it is misleading to label that diary entry as “June 21, 2008″? It is certainly not established that that is the case, with the ’03 year on the inside cover. And if this diary had truly been deemed to be significant by law enforcement, wouldn’t they have taken it into evidence? Yet it was not included on the list of items taken.
    I think Casey is guilty but I have serious doubts about the date of this diary
