The land where Caylee’s body was found is up for sale. The owner is selling the small parcel on Suburban Drive a mile from the Anthony house.

The prosecution has released more documents in the case. Items made available: videos taken by private investigator Jim Hoover; e-mails the Oak Ridge National Laboratory sent the Orange County Sheriff’s Office; e-mails Detective Yuri Melich sent to the laboratory; and a photograph of a child’s T-shirt. It has been said that the documents could be released to the public as soon as Friday!

    ECD, I agree, and I am not taking up for Casey. We all have things in our life that we must get past. With some it may be poverty, or lack of education, or an abusive husband, whatever is keeping us from being the best we can be- we have to escape. Casey was sooo tied to Cindy.. and I am thinking Lee is also, Look how he moved back home and is working, it is obvious Cindy is using this to draw lee back to her. She is the devil!! But Casey could and should have taken control of her own life. As far as a mercy killing, I think if the dairy says that , they must put the DP back on the table.

  51. Sheryl I think it’s a smoking gun. She tore out the pages showing wrongdoing, she admitted the crime, she showed intent and spite.

    Just one point about the missing pages. Casey seems like a real HEAVY writer. I will bet that there was three pages of embedded impressions on that page. They likely are reconstructing at least the last removed page (you’ve written on a pad of paper before and turned the page and your written impressions are often on the next page).

  82. ECD – The other Casey (err.. KACY) goes to court tomorrow (you might remember the Alberta thing where the 12 year old and her 23 year old “Boyfriend” slaughtered the family.)

    Kacy was the one that drove them to Leader, SK, Cleaned the truck and a knife.

    IMO…at some point the DP will be back on the table. How could it not?

  102. ECD – Yeah, he (Jeremy Steinke) is gone for a Canadian life term (25 years without chance of parole).

    His preteen honey (Jasmine Richardson) has been given the maximum for someone her age (10 years). She is spending most of it in the whacko ward.

    There was two accomplices after the fact, one was a YO and plead guilty to some minor charge and the last one is Kacy Lancaster.. which goes to court tomorrow.

    Murdering Caylee solved all of Casey’s problems. As she stated in that diary… new found happiness and she had no regrets.

    As the years go by, Casey will be singing a different tune!

    i know the diary was at the house when found but i think it was in the bag at toni’s and brought back by lee that night along with her puter, it was in her room at the house , but why keep it there , cindy went through everything , i just don’t see why she kept it in the house , she had enough to hold over her head already

Southern – yeah.. we have to live in the dark here in Canada.. here in the case I mentioned, there was no mention of the young offenders name and because the kid offed her whole family, the media was forbidden to identify her. They either could not mention the family’s name, or word the articles in a way that it could not be perceived that the ‘young offender’ was not related to the victims.

When my kids were younger, I used to respect their privacy, even so, when I cleaned their rooms, I always knew who they girlfriends were and saw their notes ,drawings,music, plans,failed tests,etc. I didn’t try to look but put all their stuff in a pile since I didn’t know what was important or not. I found plenty of things that I didn’t want to know too. My point is a nosy B***H like Cindy would have looked and seen these things. I’ll bet she saw them BEFORE Caylee was reported missing- like July 3

  132. Colhere We knew NOTHING of the Penny Boudreau case in NS until she pled guilty. The next day, the Herald carried about four pages on the incidents leading up to it , during and after. It does protect the trial process though.

  133. Chlry, the dairy was at Tonys, no one there cared what she wrote. Remember. Lee went and Tony had her stuff packed neatly. When Lee got to house Cindy got the property, went thru it and took two hundred dollars out of caseys wallet and kept it. CINDY had the diary. CINDY tore out the pages. SHE probably gave it back to Casey when she got out of jail-just to ler Casey KNOW she had the pages!!

    NOW that Casey knows the pages are in the hands of LE, she will NO longer keep the family “secrets”.She is about to SING!!

  134. Cindy is the master mind of that family. IMO..she orchastrated what would be said and done after the murder.

    She thought she could easily out smart LE.

    All of them had their hand in covering up…I hope to see at least 1 more arrest.

  139. I can’t figure what Lee had to do with this. I KNOW that Cindy and George went out of their way to lie and obstruct. I just haven’t seen that from Lee. I’m not saying he has done nothing just that it isn’t obvious like with his parents

  146. Christine I completely agree. I think that the cover-up was ALL Cindy protecting her image and having her family’s undying appreciation for always being the ‘martyr’. Casey did the killing but played second fiddle in the scenerio that followed.

    C,G&L knew Casey killed Caylee. They obstructed justice and withheld evidence….IMO accomplices in every sense of the word. It is like driving the get-away car in a robery.

The missing pages torn out and found separately have admitted to ‘mercy killing’ on Casey’s part and that she did it to keep or protect Caylee from Cindy.

I read something online about the Anthonys agreeing to answering deposition questions, not because they want to cooperate, but because a judge is forcing them to. Apparently, people e-mailed the judge and informed him of G&C going Putnam County and help “search” for Haleigh Cummings. This after G&C claimed in court they hadn’t made a public appearance since Caylee’s remains were found and weren’t emotionally up to answering questions under oath. First of all, G&C are such liars…Conway too, because he relays their lies to the public and apparently to the court. Secondly, why aren’t they going to be held in contempt of court for lying about their inability to answer questions? Heck George was on national TV the weekend after the memorial service. Doesn’t that count as a public appearance? Oh, did anybody here e-mail the judge about G&C’s fragile state? If so, great job!

  277. Molly – The diary may have prints from the person who tampered with it. Also, will have Casey’s prints and they can tell roughly how old the prints are.. She may have a recent finger injury that will alter a print at the time it was impressioned..

    Also, that page will have impressions from the prior pages writing (put rice paper over the page and lightly scribble a pencil will reveal what was written on the prior page).

  283. Ronnie – it’s believed that (by me) Lee removed the pages as requested by Casey. He didn’t dispose of them, but put them somewhere?? or possibly they were recovered in a garbage pull??

    Maybe they were shredded and that crazy lady that stole the garbage meticulously taped them all back together!!

    Inside the trash bag was food, a hat Lorraine said she saw Casey Anthony wearing earlier, notes written by Casey Anthony or her brother, Lee Anthony, and letters from all over the county.

  323. Ronnie She couldn’t even let the memorial be about the baby. The child laid in those woods for six months and I believe with Cindy’s knowledge. Caylee then laid in a cardboard box for another two months so Cindy could scam some sympathy since LE told her they would be questioned after the funeral After stalling two months in her own best interest, Cindy put on a performance, with her as lead actress, George as actress in a supporting role and Lee as the wrist sucker. Even the memorial was a red herring and nothing more than stupid messages to protect the bunch of them. I have seen no evidence of Cindy’s love for Caylee ONLY her claim of ownership.

  330. Ronnie What ever Casey was, she was made that by the person she was cloned from -Cindy. Caylee was not yet old enough to be that adversely affected by the family. Unfortunately she would have had she survived. She had two terrible role models. Casey only had one.

    Ronnie You think that we just dislike the Anthonys. It’s not that – it’s that we are pro-Caylee and everything that has been wrongly done to her. That happens to be the entire Anthony family. We are appalled at the inhumane treatment this child has received at the hands of her own family

    Ronnie – I have no doubt about Cindy’s affection for Caylee.. Cindy is not a murderer by any means, however it’s apparent to most of the folks here that Casey has never been held accountable for anything. Cindy knew that Caylee was deceased.. I am sorry, but she must be missing a chromosome not to know. She is left with a daughter that she doesn’t want to lose either. She will be relentless in her public denial as an attempt to control her daughter’s fate. In her mind, only SHE is responsible for Casey’s discipline, which is none at all.. She doesn’t want to publicly acknowlege Casey’s guilt because it makes her look like a failure as a parent.. So, basically.. the welfare of Caylee takes a back seat to her perceived self image.

    That was evident in that video ‘tour’ of the house. She loves to hear herself talk.

I see Cindy as being a very close to a sociopath in that she has no feeling who she throws under the bus and it’s all about Casey which means Cindy. I think that Cindy loved Caylee as much as she was capable of but I believe the same of Casey- it’s not very much and has more to do with image than a true connection,

I have always thought too that cindy wants to get casey off & back home so she can punish her. she feels she is the only one that is entitled to do this. but obvioulsy her “punishments” haven’t worked in the past & wouldn’t in the future. All I’ve seen is an entire family looking after themselves and covering up thier lies and scams while trying to solicit money. If Cindy was a thief ,liar and sneak what did she teach them.     ECD – Yes, and part of that is that Cindy sees the family as an image of herself, her control. To say her daughter is responsible for the death of her granddaughter is an affront to her own self image. She is embarassed.

    Kim I’ve felt all along that they all knew the body was there but there hasn’t been anything to support it. They were just whiling away their time and planning.

  369. Colhere did you ever listen to Lee asking Casey if something was up north near Jacksonville . He wouldn’t need to point out the direction of a place that Casey has frequently visited. It was obviously part of their stupid code. Was the body found north of the home?
    When he said it he contradicted something he had said earlier(I don’t remember what) but it seemed weird.

  384. Hi Deb! NG mentioned some report about the content of the missing pages of the diary. According to that report, Casey may have killed Caylee to save her from Cindy. What do you think? I think it’s bunk. Even if that is what is in those pages, Casey intentionally put that in there to cover for the real reason, in my opinion.

  389. Gig Once you figure out the mother, you can figure out the daughter. Casey did what we’ve seen Cindy do all along- justify her horrible conduct with justifications and excuses. Both of them try to create a pretty picture in their own minds that protects them from the truth- they are the lowest of the low.   396. yea, now deb,my nbers dog came to my side,but went after someone he didnt know ,police was here, i told them he likes to come over here, when he gets out,his ower was at nitely church, had to call him,and they let him by with waring, but hes a pitbull, and didnt have hiscoller on so i had to hold him, he weighs about 150. lbs. now, he got got my knee going, it hurts.talk about a cop thats afraid,., it took every muscle i had to hold him, so he wouldnt be taken away,i hope tomorrow a better day. :-)

  400. Very good point about Casey, Deb. If she really wanted to protect Caylee from Cindy, she could have just killed Cindy or just left and took Caylee with her. The bottom line is Casey didn’t want to be a mother and felt Caylee got in the way of her partying and sleeping around.

  407. YOu know Sandy I don’t know that Casey had rages. I grew up without a voice ( can you tell by how my mouth goes now) I wasn’t allowed to be angry, cry, be hurt – I was taught not to show me feelings and it made me supersensitive -WHICH MADE MY FAMILY NUTS. I cried over everything. If a fly was swatted, I sobbed. Anyway, with Casey I think that she had ONE BIG RAGE and she directed all her anger at her parents at Caylee. The jailhouse video, showed me that she got angry but wasn’t taken seriously. She kept saying ‘you won’t let me talk -you won’t listed to me.’ All Cindy and George said was, ‘now sweetheart’. I don’t think they ever listened.

That makes sense, but why not rip all of them or get rid of the entire diary. I’d love to know where it came from. I don’t even know when or where the original came from.

  428. deb, this is what i remember about that diarey, casey had it in her desk, but went to jail,frist time, then she was out, her cam showed somebody in the house, taking the picture of the lady taking the trash,towareds in of july,going into aug. there was those kind of papers, and bigger ones in that bag, besides hat, toyes, picture of caylee,8/10, im sure casey ripped them out.

  431. If I understood correctly, the torn out pages were between the 2003 entry and the entry that described how happy Casey was and how she felt good about her decision and how the “ends justified the means.”

  434. The reason I thought the pages may have been near the remains(which would be stupid)is because they left the site to try and match up things from there to the house. They did other searches of the house and could have taken it then. I thought maybe something at the scene made them look harder at the home.

  435. Hi Grandma. On NG, the remaining pages of the diary were leaked. They contain references that Casey considered it a ‘mercy killing’ and that there was a lot of info on other pages about chloroform and pesticides. We don’t know where the pages were or how Cathi Belich (HLN reporter) got this info.

  437. Did you clean your cache? If its too full you won’t see newer gravitars. At the top right is Tools. Then hit browsing history and delete all the files that come up. The computer should be faster too.

  443. I agree Sandy. I’ve been through some crap with my four boys and daughter-nothing major but worrisome. If my kids ever talked to me like that thing I’d slap their face. My daughter’s 32 now. About four years ago, my youngest son said NO to me,(he was 12) and my daughter hauled off and slapped his face and told him to NEVER talk to me like that again. They need to be taught respect.   446. I didn’t know it could be set like that. When you hit tools you can go to internet options at the bottom and delete temp. internet files, cookies, passwords, and form data. It’s the same thing. I’m sure it won’t hurt.

  510. That is surprising news about the pages in the diary. Wouldn’t it be something if these pages came from inside the bag of trash that the lady took from the Anthony’s trash can?
