Casey Anthony update 26 June 2009 It’s not about Caylee
Received this from one of the people who post on the site.
So often we “bloggers” have asked ourselves, where is the one family member, that ONE blood relative who will step forward and demand Justice for Caylee? There are hundreds of thousands of Americans who are demanding that justice, loud and clear. Yet her family seems to have a different agenda. One blogger took it upon herself to ask that question of a great uncle of Caylees’.
She made a call to Ohio and stated that our facts come directly from LE and she asked when is ONE family member going to take a stand for Caylee?
She was told “well Caylee died you know” and then she was told that “George and Cindy had spent several days recently in Ohio with family and had a really good time.” This was the week of the vigil-which not one family member attended. Lee did do a drive by lookyloo. Yes we saw you Lee.
It appears that now that George and Cindy have the money, they are no longer the “poor bankrupt relations, but are being taken back into the “fold’. Is the entire family going to unite in the ‘business” Cindy has begun? Are they all going to bask in the “fame and fortune ‘ gained by Caylees’ murder. They can even boast now that Casey is housed in the same wing as Billy Bob Thornton daughter, MY MY the lifestyle of the rich and famous.- all at the cost of a beautiful little child. How proud they must be-the family that spends together. Or is that spins?
I thought Rick Pleasea might do the right thing at one time-but so far HE is keeping a low profile. I would like to challenge just ONE blood relative-please come stand with us-stand up and demand Justice for Caylee- can ONE of you do that?

Oh my goodness, all this about the autopsy report being released and the crying George did in court was all a show. Not to mention that they had to go on National TV and put on a show for the world on the 16th of June about it being a year since they had seem her, blah, blah, blah! Why am I not surprised? And why did I know that they are all a show.

IMO Shirley KNOWS the truth, how could SHE sit on the sidelines?? I realise she is old-but you are never too old to do the right thing. This was a baby they all supposedly adored….How can they turn away from justice. I do understand loving your daughter, but this is not like she stole a few dollars-she stole Caylees LIFE. Very true….I just don’t see Shirley getting out there because her reaction to the video of her husband out there…she doesn’t need the attention Cindy does. I also don’t see her getting out there to tell all because Cindy is her daughter. Now at trial I have no doubts she will tell it all the way it is. I wonder if she sees things a little different now then she did when it all happened. She thought Cindy was being crazy because of Caylee missing. She didn’t like the way Cindy was taking attention away from Caylee. All of these things she contributed to Caylee missing and Casey’s behavior I bellieve. Do you think she has realized yet that her daughter is and has always been one screwed up person?

I have no doubt that Shirley will tell the truth on the stand, if she is called. And I do feel for her, she did not deserve this-she and her husband were prepared for their last years. It seems to me tho that Cindy should have LET the bank charge Casey-if she had called the cops when she got home……

I do believe there is an underlying sense of decency about her. She didn’t like the publicity for her husband but did not play it out in the media. Hopefully there aren’t many similarities between the two.

I do think Shirley will be very honest when it comes to trial. She was very straight forward with Cindy about leaving Casey to fend for herself. She was very straight forward to Cindy about her behavior in the media and taking the attention off Caylee. She asked Cindy about Caylee’s clothes and if any of them wre missing and so on. She was very honest with LE…I think she will continue to do this.

Hey guys! I’ve been researching other sites and look at this piece of information:
The bounty hunter/bailbondsman info is as follows:
He has an office in St. Cloud. His secretary Dottie is really good friends with Baez’s ex secretary.(hence the EX) She told bondsman that I met, that indeed Casey and Baez were having sex (those 8 hr days in his office). Baez secretary quit because of this.
If the case starts to go bad at trial Casey will reveal this. Witnesses will come forward with this info.
Baez is stuck. Casey managed to get him where she wants.
The release of video of Casey when the body of Caylee was located shows Baez with his hand on Caseys backside, his hand looks like it was in her pants in the back, because women have a top & bottom instead of a jumpsuit.When he put his hand on her back thats what hapened.
He does not want this released. Its not Casey hyperventilating that worries him.

Part Two:
He got Casey as a client because attys show up at the jail to try to get clients. The jail guards inform the inmate; do not to take the first one. Take an atty that you feel will defend you to the best of their ability. The first atty was an older man and Casey didnt like him. The second atty was a woman and when she spoke with Casey she was appauled, it came down to morals as she felt Casey was guilty.
The third was Baez and he knew what to say and acted like he cared. Thats who Casey chose, it was HER choice. He would not tell me who the old couple is that sends the A’s money, but did say it was not Melanie Reiger (sp) group.

I believe you always sign a retainer with the attorney. But, with all of Baez’s inexperience and such a high profile murder case even before the body was found…first degree murder charge that Baez didn’t have the experience for Stickland should have gotten it on the record with all of that Casey wanted to continue with Baez. One of the things that is good about all of these other attorneys on the case…Casey now can’t say inadequate counsel.

Good point Stephanie! Who knows if that comment is true. It could be, and it could be part of the reason for the complaint to the Florida Bar. I think the other part of the complaint (or maybe the only reason)has to do with whatever Dominic Casey told LE ~ whatever that was they felt they had to register the complaint and as we know this complaint made it to the second level, which only 10% ever do, so it’s gotta be something!

I would think so to Bees.
Didn’t they go to strickland with the info about not calling 911…the interview I should say. Didn’t they show this to the judge or something and he made a complaint. There was also a complaint against Conway wasn’t there? Was it from D Casey too? When Conway went with D Casey for the interview to represent him it was a conflict of interest because he was the Anthony’s attorney.
I also would like to know how it falls under privilege with D Casey and Baez. D Casey didn’t work for Baez in Nov when they tried to find Caylee. He hadn’t worked for Baez since I believe Oct 1st. Unless…this is a big big unless, Baez gave him infor from back then and they couldn’t search until Nov because of water.

What’s funny about the post at the top is the really good time the Anthonys has in Ohio. Just days before weren’t they wearing their hearts on their sleeve for national tv. I think that they will not settle anywhere else. Besides, they will have to visit WF for the rest of their lives, in her jailcell, being recorded. Guess they’ll never see her then since they are scared that everything is recorded. Even after the trial. they won’t go near there. SINdy has her celebrity status now (in her own head) and Geo’s caterpillars are stil on his face. Lee wears his tubies so high when he has children (God forbid), and if it’s a little boy, he will teach him how to wear tubies with long shorts and how to bash memorials. The tatto artist said that Casey made an appointment to get another tattoo the week she ended up being arrested. I have never had a tattoo so I don’t know the procedure. My question is, would the tattoo artist know in advance what Casey would have wanted the next tattoo to be so he could make a design and if so do you think this might be something the prospectors might be checking into? I hope this isn’t a dumb question, It just seems odd to me that we are back to tattoos after all this time.

So Lee drove past Caylee’s memorial? He should have shown a bit of respect, stopped, and joined in.
I sometimes try to comprehend why Casey Anthony would sit in a jail cell, as she does, instead of telling Baez to beg the prosecution for some kind, any kind, of a plea bargain to avoid the death penalty. I may be wrong (and I mean no disrespect to Caylee’s memory) but wouldn’t it be kinder to Caylee’s memory for her mother to say it was an accident? And that she tried to cover Caylee’s death up at first because she was scared (for herself, obviously)and then later she must have been in some type of dissociative state?
Why does anyone in that family do anything? I’ll never know.

I guess the state of Florida will be Caylees’ extended family now. We Floridians will be the voice for this little precious girl, and hopefully be able to get justice for her. May Casey and her family rot in hell when their times come for turning their backs on Caylee, and justice for her. Remember what goes around comes around, George Cindy and Lee, and now the rest of Caylees’ blood relatives are all about the money.
