Jan… ah, July 19th, 2008, the time is 2153 hours. I’m sitting in front of the Hidden
Oaks Elementary School at 9051 Suburban Drive, Orlando, Florida. And in the car
with me is Kiomarie and I probably said her name wrong, but it’s K-I-O-M-A-R-I-E,
middle initial J., Torres Cruz with a Z, white female, she presented her
Florida I.D.
This is in reference to ah, Caylee Anderson missing juvenile case number, 08069208.
Q: Kio is what they call you right Kio?

Someone talked once about all their excesses Chlry. Sunglasses, clothes, stuffed animals, gas cans etc. They had a couple of steam cleaners and wet vacs. They had two pair of pruning shears. I use ONE good pair a lot and have a lot of trees, bushes and plants to care for. I don’t understand these needs.

here’s what i think about some of that ecd, i think casey got bored during the day staying home with caylee , seeing everyone worked but her . i think she would take money or credit cards and shop , i know i hit the target sales ONLY , i get all the 75% off stuff , really cheap , i think she just shopped to help her boredom , and bought caylee alot of that stuff too .

what gets me is that their yard doesn’t seem that huge to mow , i mean most of the back is taken up by the pool and all the brick work , so you need all that gas for a trimmer or blower

I think they would too, Chlry. Cindy seems like the type to gloat about shafting someone and HAVING to have it. Casey certainly hung with a seedy crowd. I wondered if they charged stuff to sell later if they lost their house. Cindy would be the type to take as much as she could get out of something. Why let Casey take her card so often. In 31 days, I’d be panicked if I had a kid like Casey. She should have cut it up or hid it.

I just asked my husband and he said that when people go bankrupt, they take out cash advances from cards and put them in other people’s names. They also charge to the hilt either for a rainy day or to sell later. I’ve never heard of it but I guess it makes sense especially to scam artists. They’d want their princess to have what her little heart desires before the bankruptsy.

When filing you don’t have to put everything in like Chlry’s aunt…she left one out…just like you can leave your car out of it or your home. But, now there are a bunch of new rules as of last year or the year before…I think the year before.

Which cards JH? The ones Casey had were Cindy’s because she had the credit card statements. I’ve always found it weird that after the reason for the big fight, Cindy allows Casey 31 more days to cost her more money. What was the point of the fight if Cindy didn’t restrict Casey’s spending activities.

I still think Casey had the bank card…to Cindy’s account. Which ever it was I know Cindy could see on-line exactly where Casey was. I don’t know if any of you do on line banking. But when you pull it up it shows you were the charge is and city. LE discovered from TL she was using a bank of america card. Isn’t that where Cindy and George’s account is?

Yeah Chlry, like a token gift. I imagine it as all plastic that was bought for Caylee. Cindy is so selfish I can’t see her putting anyone ahead of herself and her image. She couldn’t even sacrifice when Caylee died. She managed to con people into paying the funeral and other things.

I can understand the closeness between kc and lee because they are all each other ever had.imo I am quite sure that other kids were not allowed to be their friend as they might contaminate them or some shi- like that.

I think Cindy suspected something was very wrong when she couldn’t speak to Caylee after Casey left on June 15 or 16. The MySpace post she made on July 3 shows Cindy knew something was very wrong. Once she got a whiff of the trunk on July 15th, Cindy knew right then. She went into coverup mode after that.

I think once cindy knew caylee was dead she never looked at her as her grandaughter again. It was just another screw up of kc’s that she would have to figure out how to fix.
