okay,so we simmmer one or two more days until the annoucement of the fraud charge trail…listen..it’s all good. you all caring about each other and being off topic, but I say this: July 7th plus 10 days =July 17th……there is noone that wants this trial not to go forward………i am sick of all the delays…start the fraud trail already….puhhh…

Eye~Oh I am sure she does remember. Casey must have thought Amy had a ton of money. She even tried to pay her $574 cell phone bill out of Amy’s account and on line. That must be why Casey called a few 1-866 numbers to see if her cell phone bill was paid!

Remember when we were talking about them using the fraud conviction in the murder case and I said I don’t know it they can. Today there was a murder trial on true tv. It was the murder of a 9 yr old girl from back in the 70’s. This man was convicted of rape and murder at least once maybe twice and rape. The state can’t bring those convictions in because the judge said they are not similar enough…I didn’t hear why so I am assuming the age. Anyhow he said they were not similar enough and would prejudice the jury. So with Casey I am sure they can figure away to bring it in, but not just has she is a convicted felon because fraud and murder are not similar.
