What did Casey do the morning and afternoon of 15 July 2008?
Oh what a life she was living! Thought she wouldn’t get caught, nor have to explain to anyone where Caylee was. It has now been 31 days! She is still staying at Tony’s and driving Amy’s car. She is also ready to go to the bank and forge a check, number 146 to herself for $250.00, she has the nerve to go to the bank and cash this check at 1:24 pm!.

I also believe this is the day that she went online and electronically paid her cell phone bill of $574. Of course this did not clear, but was put through on 17 July 2008, and returned unpaid. Boy she was waiting to get caught! But as the day goes on, little does she know, she will be caught! So Casey cashed the check at 1:24 pm and went to pick up Amy and her friends at the airport at 2:30 pm. Amy went online to get her account balance via the web at about 3:30. I am sure this is the beginning of how Casey’s day was going to go.

I agree, she thought she had it made. Somehow she thought her word was enough, afterall it worked at home. They believed her lies. I think she thought everyone would believe her story and Caylee would just be another missing child, forever.

If you reading this morning…I believe Casey was the only one that was involved in killing Caylee. I believe Cindy knew something was very wrong long before finding the car, but not how wrong. I do think it may have crossed her mind how wrong, but she really knew once they picked up the car. That is why she started damage control. I don’t think Cindy thought it would really go any farther after that 1st call to 911. She thought it would be enough to scare Casey. Also what they say to each other in that call…I gave you a month and Casey says one more day. I think if Cindy would have really known Caylee was dead before this day those words would never have been said. I do believe when Cindy was using the scare tactic she thought Casey would take her to a dead Caylee not an alive Caylee.
I also don’t think she was enraged when killing Caylee…She had been thinking about it before this and with the big fight she decided it was time to go through with it. I believe she was actually calm as she did this.

Good morning all. Just lurking as usual. Hopefully, Amy goes through with the request for a speedy trial. Hopefully, Cindy doesn’t get to her to try to convince her not to do it to “poor” Casey. Don’t know why I have a feeling that that is something Cindy would try. Would that be witness/victim tampering if she did. I wouldn’t put anything past Cindy. Maybe Cindy would try to buy Amy off with some of the $$$ she has received. Just my thoughts this morning before my 2nd cup of coffee. No proof, no evidence, just me thinking.

In defense of Cindy not knowing that Casey did not have a job……… When things got hot and Cindy questioned Casey…..She just made up a few bogus emails from her boss and left it open on the computer for Cindy to see, while she in reality was out partying. She knew Cindy nibbed into her emails. Too bad LE was much too smart and uncovered her little scam immediately.

I know I haven’t posted in weeks, my b-day July 1, I think was my last..
well, very sad news hit me soon after.. my best friend, one I posted would be okay after being told she had cancer? Well, not so, she passed away after being home from the hospital two days, and we attended her funeral same morning as MJ’s memorial.
And, my friend was loved by so many, once school teacher and ran her own business.. would not have liked to have shared this day with MJ! [Which btw.. was rediculous non-stop coverage we all could do w/o besides my trying to mourn for my own loss!]
I do so miss her and it will take a very long time to get over as I miss her so much now.. losing a best friend is so tragic.. like any loss, it touchs everyone.. at first I was in shock because she was always so “bubbly” as stated by so many and never did she ever complain or was she ever gossipy. At first I was in shock, then in denial.. as if in a bad dream, now after hearing certain facts leading up to her passing, I am very much upset or mad… because “someone” out there failed her and will be some time when I can even trust a doctor!
Sorry for dumping on you but I am not feeling up to posting my normal humor or input on KC or the A’s and may be sometime before I can “get it all back”. I need to veg awhile but I will be, not lurking.. just “on the side”.
There hasn’t been a whole lot going on these past few weeks anyway but I’m sure it will pick up after today.. doesn’t seem a year has passed when we all read of our Caylee missing..
I pray her soul soon finds complete peace when her so called mother, gets what she has coming to her… along with the rest of that so called family who didn’t even have enough love to stand up for our dear sweet Caylee!

It must have been a terrible shock for you to lose your friend so suddenly and I’m very sorry you had to go through this. The world today does not seem like a very good place on the news. You all seem to have more then some who just look at life as something to waste or throw away. It sickens me to think anyone can be so cold.. I know I too have love for animals alike. Gosh, just last year I cried when my “fighter fish”, Blackie died! Silly to some but not me.. so why do we live in a world with those like the A’s who don’t give a crap about one of their own? Or any other parent or sick-o out there to take a human life? This is so hard to fathom when we.. have so much compassion for Caylee, our pets and each other!

Yes Gap, and I had heard it earlier on the news. I must be getting numb to all this horror because I didn’t even cry. That’s a terrible thing. This is just so evil, there are no words to describe it.
Scrama, I don’t think it’s silly to cry over your fish. I cry when my cats catch birds or mice and chase them through the brush to save them (and have many times). We love and respect our animals even more than some love their own kids. So very sad.

I found this comment about the Premature Synostosis found in the autopsy report on another blog.
Initailly I glossed over this finding, as typically it is not a big deal. BUT this is not a typical situation- could this be what the Anthony’s didn’t want us to know? During my years as a pediatric nurse this was something that was taken care of (operated on) within the first 12-15 months of life. This is why the child’s head circumference is measured at EVERY well child check.
