I have followed this from the beginning. I think casey killed caley – either with the grandmother’s help or not. i believe that she should be shot and/or hung. she does not deserve to live. (and i have never believed in the death penalty…until now) my husband and i wanted a child desperately and couldn’t have one. the bitch could have given caley away. God bless Caley and hold her safe.

I felt since day 1 of hearing of Caley’s disappearance and casey not saying crap about it shows she knows what happend. I dont care even if I accidently hurt one of my children, I wouldn’t hide. Will she ever talk? Is Casey just biding her time? Wasting the time of good hearted people who left their own lives to provide a desperate search for Caylee? Such a difference with Casey’s parents as opposed to the mother of Lacey Peterson – with Sharon Rocha, you saw a demeanor that was strong, truthful, with tremendous dignity and honor. She had the courage to realize that the man she referred to as her “son”, Scott Peterson had murdered her daughter and grandson…as heartwrenching as that was, Sharon Rocha stood tall, and stoic. Yet…you see Cindy Anthony act out with her hammer, wildly chewing her gum as she straps on the police tape, getting in people’s faces, all the time, blaming “others” for her behavior. I don’t understand how a mother can have complete responsibility of her child and not know where she is. I understand she was left with a nanny. If the nanny has not been found than it only makes sense, that since the child was not reported missing by the mother to the authorities with in the first 24 hours of her disappearance that the mother knows where she is, and is responsible for the child’s disappearance. This woman knows where that little girl is. She has to if she didnt we would be seeing a different reaction from her. She is clearly not concerned about this baby. I hope that she is eating away with guilt.

I understand-and feel-believe me-all of the rage and despair involved in this case, and jftr I’ve been a licensed criminal investigator. MY questions revolve around the invisible, afraid of his own elected shadow-District Attorney. For that matter, why is EVERY serious criminal case in Florida such a tremendously incompetent ordeal? The DA normally would be running a televised marathon re the publicity of this case-and-quite frankly-I’d really love to hear the words “Grand Jury” mentioned. Too much to ask? I’d love to hear more from Big Brother Lee as well.

I am not super knowledgeable about the Grand Jury process, but with the evidence that we have seen, if it is true and factual, I think that they could get an idictment.

How can her parents & or brother Lee be inclined to talk? I do believe that at least her father & Lee know something. Lee definitely does.

Im not the only one thinking they have abused the media privilege which i dont mind standing alone in it but i have often said,there are so many kids out there who really need to be found and their parents and grandparents,family……..etc……..wants their child back in their arms are praying to God that someone will notice and help them but the anthony’s are to busy hogging the media wanting to clear casey that theyve lost sight of Caylee and that makes my blood boil! and honestly if they paid this much attention to Caylee i can clearly see how she ended up missing and it wasnt reported,shoot im a grandmma and i dont see my grandson every single day,but i guarantee you i speak TO HIM’ everyday! if not i’d sure go see then!!!!!!
They’ve abused the system ,media and the public to get her off of what they KNOW SHE DID!! Let me tell ya,if they thought for one second it was anybody else who was responsible for whatever happened to Caylee they would have never removed one piece of clothing,trash anything whatsoever out of that car and the moment they picked it up from tow theyd’ve called for a detective to come and get the car b/c casey wasn’t telling them where she was”they said”because she was afraid they’d harm Caylee……so then what does this mean,they didnt want whoever had kidnapped her to be caught!
I’d bet all i own they know what happened and thats when the cover up started,my daughter was an only child and she is 29 now and sure we spoiled her,and yea she expected her way but i guarantee you the second she opened her mouth i could tell you if she was truthful or not!!

The very 1st day that they found the car,i really believed with all my heart that she was going to stage a carjacking,and it does make sence,but she didnt expect her mom to find her that day,thats why she was at tony’s but her friend led cindy there,thats why when it came out that Caylee may have been spotted in Ga. i thought, uho casey has found someone to call that tip in before she said anything to anyone(so people would believe they both were missing) and the tipster not knowing she had changed her story called the tip in and was a no show and when you think about what cindy said “if she had done anything why would she park my car in a place i pass everyday for work?”…….simple,….she wanted it to be found & she didn’t care about the stuff she left in it or the smell because it would help her because she had plans of leaving before cindy came looking, but maybe couldn’t get enough money together so she went to tonys who her mom didnt know.
Thats why she never once went back to the car but told tony her dad said he’d take care of it.

ya know i was thinking too that it seems she called everybody she could,
even in Ca. and places,her exes,anybody,i bet to have an allibi,,i mean why would she call all these ppl when they hadnt spoken to her in forever!
asking for money?? other than an allibi and maybe she thought she could leave to Ca. and thats why she told this guy she needed to talk and her parents were ok with it,but he may not be!
She even told tony when he asked about stealing money from amy and friends she said “I NEED A BACKUP PLAN??”,a backup plan is something you need when the first plan didn’t work,right?
It takes me back to my original theory that i really believed she was staging a carjacking,why she left the purse and the car unlocked and all that and she probably thought she could raise enough money by the time her parents got back and she didnt expect cindy to find her remember? and when cindy showed up at tonys,theres nothing she could say,and if amy hadnt knocked and cindy hadnt hid while she knocked she would’ve probably not even went to the door,ya know?

I still beleieve its what she wasdoing!!

Kitty! The 44 photo link is about the photos not the commentary. Viewed with the slideshow tool full screen is a really powerful statement by Casey of Casey (most these photos were posted originally on her myspace page by her).
The fact that the commentary is rough and people hate her is her own doing.
CAYLEE FOUND! Look at photo #27. It has Casey holding a sign, her male of the day (Zany maybe), and a short girl the same height and hair color as Caylee.

From the 437 pg. police report it seems like lots of her close friends are skittering like roaches from light. I think the police questions about actual drug use unnerved them. It seems like a bunch of party goin posers. Definately not hardcore. Murder freaks them out.
Have you heard anything about the Paramount Escort Service being run out of the Sawgrass. Was that the source of the party funds?

You have the resources. Nancy Grace whimps out and won’t even show faces. Greta shows faces but no followup. G<C<&Lee have someone sponging up all their history and photos OFF the internet. I once saw a list of 911 calls from the Anthonys address for the last year or so. They called 911 about ten times before June 15th when the crap really hit the fan. We need to document the details of the calls.
Thats the challenge. A bio album of Casey’s cast of characters. DMV records and all.

I have posted this theory in other forums and THIS IS ONLY A THOUGHT but wouldn’t it be something if Caylee were to be found alive and well? I mean, we all have seen documents on other evidence but nothing else to prove the suspicions. What if the only reason why Casey acts so “cold” is because she temporarily “pawned” Caylee off as an act of vengence towards her mother but then suddenly found herself under the microscope in a web of lies in front of the whole nation and now has no idea of how to get out of it. She would walk away, not only FREE but very very wealthy.

Oh well, at least Caylee would be brought home alive right? That’s all that matters …

I think everyone of us here on this blog would wish for that…that overall, Caylee would be found ALIVE. I would eat my words that I have said here…if it could or would bring her back….alive and unharmed.

Having said that…thats highly improbable at this point , especially with decomposition and the forensic find in the trunk of Casey’s car.

I am hoping that they will find a body ,the remains, so that a proper burial can be conducted , and that Casey won’t walk free.

I thought that it was Confimed on Nancy Grace ,as she apparently had the repsorts(? ) that decomposition was found in the trunk of the car.Reports are from the Body farm.

Even Cindy cannot deny those FACTS any longer …so NOW she is saying “Its The ex-fiance who killed and stuffed Caylee’s body in the trunk . If that were so, why didn’t they just say so FROM THE BEGINNING ???? Why didn’t Casey yell at the top of her lungs ” Jesse did it ” !!!!!

Also, Cindy was on camera when asked about the forensic finds …she did not deny it, but rather said “how do I know ? Maybe SOMEONE ELSE PUT A BODY IN THE CAR “.

So…after that point ,even she didn’t deny the reports…so she knows its not just hear say..but a fact.

Now, she’s trying to figue out how to circumvent those facts. I say they will eventually sell each other out and blame each other to save their own necks.

Watch, the story ,once it goes to trial will once again CHANGE !

I mean, there seem to be a LOT of pictures showing that this child was cherished by not only her grandparents, but her mom as well. Casey doesn’t look like she’s faking that smile, she looks genuinely thrilled and interested in her daughter. Perhaps there is a chance that people are jumping to the wrong conclusions? Is there any proof at ALL from before that Casey was ever a “bad” mom? (Party pictures don’t prove to me that anyone is a bad parent.)

Its either that Casey killed Caylee intentionally or unintentionally….but with decomposition and Chloroform found in the car trunk….what else is there to go on ? The odds are slim to none that some other dead body was in the trunk . Any other missing dead body’s in Casey’s area ?

I have seen the photo’s of Cindy and Caylee, and Caylee with Casey …all look happy. However, have you ever seen the photo’s of Scott and Lacey Peterson together ? They looked like the typical young couple in love.Happy !

Photo’s can be deceiving and do not always tell the whole story, especially when it comes to abuse ,anger,etc.Men who abuse their wives have a tendency to put their arms around their wives in photo’s and have big smiles on their faces for the camera. The old saying still stands ..”Looks Can Be Deceiving”.

MAYBE MOMMY CINDY SHOULD HAVE ADDRESSED THESE THINGS THROUGHOUT CHILDHOOD.. GEORGE TOOOOOOO IF THE SIGNALS WERE THERE, WHICH THEY SAY NOW THEY WERE. YOU CAN ENABLE A CHILD BY COVERING FOR THEM AND EXPECTING THEM TO HAVE A PROPER UPBRINGING. CINDY STILL DEFENDS HER, SHE WAS A NURSE.. COME ON.. YOU KNOW SHE KNOWS WHAT THE SMELL IS. I DON’T THINK CASEY SHOULD GET THE DEATH PENALTY, THAT IS WAY TO EASY FOR HER. I FEEL THAT SHE SHOULD GET LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE SINCE SHE LIKES TO PARTY SO MUCH. I know this is going to get flammed but, I am of the opinion that really attractive people should not get in trouble for their actions no matter what they are.

I believe that she should get what Caylee got….She should be drugged and then her mouth should be ducked taped and she should be stuffed into an army bag (a laundry bag would be to small) and then stuffed into another bag and left out in a swamp for a few months….I don’t normally say things like this but I am so disgusted with this person…I never would have imagined myself ever hating anyone especially someone I don’t even know. But I am the mother of 4 girls and I have a son and two grandsons and I know I would rather kill myself than to let anything ever happen to any of them.
